He has over 9 years of experience in research, operations, and providing consulting services in the automotive and defense industries. He has held positions including: Project Manager, Early Research Associate, Business Improvement Manager, Process Engineering Department Manager, PFMEA Risk Management Specialist, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Quality Manager, and currently serves as the CEO at DigitaLLeather d.o.o.

He is the author of numerous scientific and professional papers, as well as chapters in books. He earned his Ph.D. in risk management in the production process in the automotive industry, focusing on the improvement and application of FMEA analysis. He is certified as an internal auditor for ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016. Additionally, he is certified in FMEA analysis by the leading automotive agency, Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG).
